BUYER PROTECTION PLAN
Up to $2,100 in Cash Protections
The Buyer Protection Plan includes CASH reimbursements up to $1,200 for inspections and appraisal expenses for deals that fall through (due to bad appraisal, inspection surprises, loan failures, etc.), and any legal consultation costs up to $600 if a buyer needs to talk to a real estate attorney. Service fee reimbursements up to $300 for the first year if a buyer sets up home warranty coverage for their home purchase. The same $2,100 in protections are available for buyers relocating to another city when referred by Realty Guardian. Plus, a series of Critical Loss Prevention Measures to help buyers curb up to $1,000,000 in costly lifetime mistakes, surprises, and overpayments common in real estate purchase transactions. SELLER PROTECTION PLAN
Up to $3,900 in Cash Protections
Realty Guardian provides SELLER CASH Protections for costly heating and air, plumbing, and other system breakdowns up to $2,000, with service fee reimbursements up to $300, plus failed transaction protections that can occur due to a bad appraisal, inspection surprises, lender failures, etc., that forces Sellers to incur additional holding costs up to $1,000 for interest, taxes, and insurance while they wait for a new buyer contract between the cancellation/release and the next signed contract.
Plus, the Realty Guardian Protection Plan will reimburse the Seller if a real estate attorney consultation is needed up to $600 for any transactional legal matters. In addition, a series of Critical Loss Prevention Measures are implemented to help Sellers curb up to $1,000,000 in costly lifetime costs due to mistakes, surprises, and overpayments common in real estate selling transactions.
