CURRENT CAREER HISTORY
Kevin Swift has been active in real estate since 1992, and served on the Board of Directors of the Sunflower Area Association of REALTORS from 2012-2014. He is serving on the Risk Management Committee, and previously served on the Public Relations, Educational, and Technology Committees. Kevin is also a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), earned an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, and is a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI). For several years, Kevin ranked among the best of the best as a TOP 10 Individual RE/MAX Agent in Kansas by consistently selling between 45-70 homes each year, when the national average is nearer 7-10. In 2021, he was inducted in the Platinum Master's Club--the highest lifetime achievement award from the Sunflower Association of REALTORS. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame, Master's Club, and received the Andy Anderson Award.
