As a former professional photographer, a decade ago Kevin introduced marketing homes with high quality, eye-catching photography, using high-end equipment and lens. His photography doubled the average number of showings over his competition. He has helped thousands of buyers and sellers, and many of his clients have referred others because of their positive experience. 

Kevin strongly believes in supporting and giving back to his local community, and has contributed both time and resources to local organizations and charities such as: Board of Directors of the Topeka Rescue Mission for the last 17 years, Founder's Board of Directors of Net-Reach, Doxazo, Restore Hope, Children’s Palace, Focus on the Prophecies Ministry, and others. He has served his industry while on the Board of Directors of the Sunflower Area Association of REALTOR. Kevin is the author of several books.

DAVE RAMSEY SHOW
Dave Ramsey from the Dave Ramsey Show recognized Kevin Swift for his excellence in service in 2009 on his national radio program. On July 29, Dave said in response to a Topeka homeowners positive comments about Kevin's recent real estate advice: "Well, thank you Jason, we try not to pick out Endorsed Local Providers unless they are just really, really cool good people." Later that year, Kevin was invited to spend an evening with Dave & Sharon Ramsey in their home overlooking Nashville, Tennessee--a rare opportunity in the life of a real estate agent.
